Has there been a time when no matter what you did it felt like you weren't in control of the situation but you knew the next move on another player's agenda? Let's Take a look at how others look at the world and How that affects them either from communication in relationships to how they deal with tough times at work...Do you have the courage to dive deep?

Journal moment and Assignment: 

  1. Look through the relationships you keep and ask yourself are they adding or taking away from your life?
  2. Do you consider them a safe space or a toxic reminder?
  3. How are you nourishing yourself and your social contracts with others?
