Legacy Of Pain Part II: Trust, Honesty, & Safe Space

In this episode of our series Legacy of Pain, we dive deep into the word Trust and how it affects the relationships that you have with those around you; we'll also be looking at Honesty and How to create a safe space within your relationships. If you're ready let's get into it!
Journal Questions, Prompts, and Exercise Assignment:
1.) Write a letter to the 5 people that have ever broken your trust, were dishonest or didn't hold a safe space for you. (You don't have to write their names if you're not comfortable) Once done you're going to fold it 3 times and hold it with both hands and say "I release you, the memory, the emotions, the situation and I wish you well" rip it up and release it to the wind! This sends a message to spirit saying I've given it up to you now I'm ready for better. (!!!!If you like to release by burning the paper in a fire-safe bowl or pot that's fine just do it responsibly!!!)
2.) What lesson did you learn from that situation? (About yourself and Others)
3.) What boundaries are you going enforce for yourself and others as of today? (Make sure to not put yourself in a straightjacket with your own boundaries, give yourself grace and wiggle room)
4.) Will you drop this baggage today or carry it with you to the next relationship?
5.) Overall what have you learned about yourself here?
