Journal Questions, Prompts, and Exercise Assignment:
1.) Do I give myself grace when times are hard or do I beat myself up when I don't achieve all my goals/tasks? Is that voice kind or harsh? Would I speak to anyone I love that way?
2.) How do I feel in this moment of awareness?
3.) Am I more Mindfull or Mindful? Why?
4.) Have I loved on me today? If not, Why?
5.) What are some things I can do to improve my inner voice dialog to be more kind?
